Riverside Apartments are located in one of Istanbul’s most cosmopolitan neighborhoods. This residential project harmonizes with the district’s unique character while also meeting the requirements of modern architecture.
With its low-rise, courtyard-centered design and strong architectural identity reflecting the Bauhaus movement, the project represents the new modern face.
Built in accordance with eco-friendly green building standards, the project has achieved a LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, making it the first LEED-certified residential development in Turkey.
