ALL Time is a project that respects history and culture, and is consonant with the urban texture of Istanbul. It has an innovative spirit that synthesizes modern lines with traditional architecture.
While designing ALL Time, we started out from the “New Urbanism” movement, which is acknowledged all around the world and aims to improve the quality of city life. We planned a way of life that respects human nature, and we took car traffic underground and built pedestrian paths, parks and gardens. The vibrant, colorful and green squares within walking distance from residences host many social and art events. We are focusing on the concept of a warm neighborhood life by bringing together people from different ages and tastes at common spaces such as the bazaar, restaurant and kindergarten.
We have used quality products in exterior and interior architecture, and attached great importance to landscape design as well. Based on this, we planned large interior gardens and green courtyards with a wide variety of high-quality plants. We have designed a bridge that provides direct connection to the seaside and coastal road so that Büyükyalı residents can easily reach the beautiful blue waters of Istanbul. Providing “A Good Life” to residents with many opportunities, ALL Time reflects Istanbul’s timeless spirit through contemporary architecture that adapts to the urban fabric. ALL Time, which we designed with “New Urbanism” perspective, opens doors to a new life that respects our human side.
GOLDEN HOURS
Our project holds true value with its seaside location and revitalized historical texture. The interior design of the sea-view apartments is shaped by these unique features.
In the interiors, this value is crafted with classic lines, achieving a perfect balance between the deep tones of bronze and the refreshing presence of white. The brightness and elegance of the classic style manifest impressively in every detail.
The warm texture of bronze offers an aesthetic appeal that transcends time. It creates a unique space alternative for those who wish to blend modern and classic furniture to define their own style.
PLATINUM HOURS
This concept stands out with its modern elements.
In this design, simple and free-flowing details combine with reflective surfaces and light tones to create a sophisticated atmosphere. Geometric patterns add a touch of contemporary modernism.
When paired with custom designs or vintage furniture, it offers a unique living space alternative that appeals to refined tastes.
WHITE HOURS
Interiors have been designed with a refined reinterpretation of classic details.
Considering user needs, each apartment has been provided with tailored solutions using high-quality materials and contemporary technologies. With a timeless and elegant design approach, spacious and bright living spaces have been created.
CLEAR HOURS
Inspired by the modern and dynamic urban landscape, the project embraces a design approach that reflects the city’s vibrant and colorful spirit.
Drawing from the energy of city life, a contemporary perspective has been adopted. Natural materials and space-enhancing surfaces merge with modern technological touches to create living spaces that are both functional and full of energy.
With unique solutions in every detail, this design concept is personalized to offer residents a living experience that is both functionally efficient and aesthetically enriching.
HISTORICAL LOFT
While the apartments stand out with their simple and rational architectural features, they gain a unique character by merging with reclaimed historical textures. Each carefully detailed loft apartment creates an atmosphere that carries traces of the past.
However, these textures are seamlessly blended with a contemporary design approach, offering a space that meets the needs of modern living. By striking a balance that respects history without being bound by it, the project creates unique living spaces where the past and present coexist harmoniously.
